Some of our greatest inspiration comes from the kitchens that prepare our fresh, delicious chicken, day in and day out. That’s why we asked our team members across the globe one simple question, “What do you make?”. Needless to say, we received some wild recipes ranging from new Jar Desserts to a new take on Mac & Cheese. But one, in particular, was too good not to share: Devil’s Smoke Sauce.
Made from scratch with a smoky BBQ base—add in a dash of honey and a kick of crushed habaneros for a hint of heat straight from Hades. Like most of our house sauces, Devil’s Smoke Sauce can be both Shaken and Dipped. But hurry, a sauce this good can only last for a limited time.

The mastermind behind our brand new smokin’ sauce comes right out of Tyler, Texas. Alex Gurrusquieta started as an hourly manager at our Troup Hwy location back in September of 2016. He is now the Assistant General Manager and feels right at home freestylin’ secret recipes in our kitchen.
